In 2013, TSM Design was designated as a preferred vendor. We have worked on different types of projects in a variety of capacities over the years. Recently, we completed two significant projects for Strategic Distribution Partners (SDP), a division of Mass Mutual.

Long Term Care Awareness Campaign
November is Long Term Care Awareness month in the financial services industry. We were tapped to create a multi-channel awareness campaign for SDP. Based on what we learned during our initial discovery, we developed an overarching campaign concept that we then applied to a number of campaign elements. These included: emails, LinkedIn posts, a trade publication ad.

In addition, we created a series of short videos featuring two actors portraying advisors: one advisor values long term care protection; the other isn’t convinced. The videos’ purpose was two-fold:

1. To provide data regarding long term care to financial professionals.
2. To raise awareness of the role long term care protection can play in protecting clients’ retirement investments.

We developed the concept, script, and storyboard and provided creative direction at the shoot.

BISA Trade Show Booth and Visitor Experience
In preparation for SDP’s participation at the Bank Insurance & Securities Association’s 2020 conference, TSM Design was asked to assist with booth design, user experience, messaging, giveaways, banners, and conference advertising. One overarching theme was evident throughout: An ideal match.

We were involved in all phases of the development of the elements mentioned above: concept, copywriting, design and production oversight. Highlights included a screen-based matching game that created a lot of buzz among visitors. Match game winners were awarded branded, custom-designed socks.
