The program concentrates efforts, resources and investments in a small, well-defined neighborhood to create a critical mass of activity and investment by local residents, entrepreneurs, businesses and additional private development.
Tylerside Branding
TSM Design partners with Mass Development in Gateway Cities. Pittsfield’s Tyler Street and a portion of the Morningside were designated as Pittsfield TDI neighborhood. It was in need of rebranding. A robust process solicited input from a cross section of stakeholders. The resulting brand is fresh, hopeful, and provides a renewed way of looking at and talking about the neighborhood.
