Western Mass had a visual brand but needed a strong, authentic brand narrative—one that conveys why Western Mass is such an amazing place to live. TSM Design was hired by the Economic Development Council of Western Mass to develop the narrative and bring it to life on a website. The site relies on submissions from residents—photography, videos, and information—that makes the case for Hampden, Hampshire, and Franklin counties as great places to live.
