TSM Design developed animated videos in both English and Spanish as part of a large-scale campaign for the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development (EOLWD). Their purpose was to explain Massachusetts’ investment of $200 million to provide skills training to MA jobseekers, resulting in good jobs for workers and skilled workers for MA employers.

Animated video ads delivered through digital advertising, social media, and email marketing reached over one million people with an average video completion rate of 89%.
