    Those who live and work in and around Springfield now have easy access to one of the top public research universities in the country. Beginning Fall 2014, UMass Center at Springfield provides a local point of entry to high-quality, affordable education, training, research and other programs which were, until now, much less accessible. UMass Center at Springfield is one of the most exciting and highly anticipated projects to come to Springfield, MA in a long time. Naturally, we are pleased to be part of the Center’s marketing effort.

    The goals: To increase awareness of UMass Center at Springfield among key stakeholders, to drive enrollment for Fall 2014 and to make people aware of the vast educational opportunities offered throughout the UMass system. Our role to date includes interviewing stakeholders, developing a robust marketing and communications plan and developing creative deliverables—including website content, stationery, brochure and billboard—to reach and compel constituent audiences.

    During the Center’s grand opening, officials said that student interest in the new center has been higher than expected. UMass President Robert L. Caret indicated that the more than 300 enrollments bodes well for the potential of future expansion.
