TSM Design was hired to get to the essence of ICNE—to elevate and articulate why ICNE enjoys such strong and loyal client, carrier and community relationships. After a successful internal launch—where the new ICNE brand resonated as true and authentic with employees—TSM Design brought the brand to market. We started with a new proposal system (a tangible revenue generator) that can be produced in house, followed by a host of other deliverables.
